This legal notice governs access to, browsing of and use of the website located at https://miralearningmodel.org (hereinafter, the Website), owned by Juan María Rodríguez González.

Accessing the Website and using its contents implies full and unreserved acceptance of these terms of use. The owner reserves the right to modify them at any time, and it is the user’s responsibility to consult them periodically.

3. Intellectual property and licence of use

The MIRA pedagogical model (Metacognition, Inner life, Resilience, Agency), its classroom instruments, guides, presentations and other associated materials are the original creation of Juan María Rodríguez González, who at all times retains the moral authorship of the work.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, all downloadable materials on the Website are published under a Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-ShareAlike 4.0 International (CC BY-NC-SA 4.0) licence. Under this licence, anyone is free to:

3.2 Trademark and non-licensed elements

The CC BY-NC-SA 4.0 licence applies to the pedagogical contents and materials. It does not extend to the “MIRA Learning” / “MIRA Aprendizaje” name or to the project’s logos and visual identity as indicators of origin, whose use as a trademark requires the owner’s authorisation. Nor does it cover third-party content that may appear on the Website and that is governed by its own licences.

4. Conditions of access and use

The user undertakes to make appropriate use of the Website’s contents and services and, in particular, not to use them to: (i) engage in unlawful activities or activities contrary to good faith; (ii) disseminate violent or offensive content or content contrary to the rights of third parties; (iii) damage the computer systems of the owner or of third parties.

The owner reserves the right to deny access to the Website, without prior notice, to any user who breaches these terms.

The owner does not guarantee the availability and continuity of the Website’s operation, nor the absence of errors in its contents. To the extent permitted by law, the owner excludes all liability for damages of any kind that may arise from the lack of availability or continuity of the Website’s operation.
